Since the dawn of man, people used the power of plants to cure various ailments. In Chinese Medicine single herbs are used very rarely. Usually there are individually selected formulas which address specific conditions; reduce side effects of some herbs and enhance the effect of others.
What to expect?
During the consultation in the treatment room or online, I make a diagnosis. Then after a short time I present the treatment plan and the cost of herbs.
Nowadays there are usually herbs in a concentrated form used, it is easy and comfortable to use, you don’t need to cook it at home, just dissolve the right amount of the powder in boiling water and drink warm.
Prices
During the first appointment, after a detailed consultation I provide a diagnosis, and together we discuss a treatment plan. Depending on your needs, the appropriate therapy method is selected, along with guidance on possible lifestyle changes, naturopathic and dietary advice. After the consultation, the actual treatment follows – acupuncture or a combination of methods – all included in the price.
Chinese herbs are also available following a Zoom or telephone consultation for clients living on the UK mainland. In this case, the herbs can either be posted to you or collected from the treatment room.
If you would like to use herbal medicine without other therapies, the cost of a 1-hour consultation is £40 plus the price of the herbs. Follow-up consultations cost £35.
