Chinese bone broth is made most often from marrow bones with a little bit of meat. For this soup we can use beef bones. It is cooked for at least a few hours, a few days would be best. You can drink the broth like that or you can add vegetables, making a tasty soup.
You can use carrots, celery, leek, onion and garlic. You can put a whole garlic bulb in a pot (crushed). Ginger, chopped in slices also would be great.
Let’s not forget about the seasoning. Allspice, bay leaf, fresh lovage, parsley, marjoram, oregano, salt and pepper.
Drink it at least 3 times a day, about 1 liter in total, or eat the soup with vegetables.
The soup strengthens our kidneys and immune system, it has anti inflammatory and anti viral properties, contains collagen, minerals and vitamins.
Of course the quality of the ingredients is very important. Organic, from the known source would be the best.
